Be certain that the RFS3570.BIN file is placed in the appropriate location on your hard disk as described in Chapter 3 (Macintosh) or Chapter 7 (PC), and try again.

Reinstall the KODAK Driver files as described in Chapter 3 (Macintosh) or Chapter 7 (PC), and try again.

Turn off the computer, then the Scanner. Turn on the Scanner then the computer. Try again.

“General failure in transfer. An operation error just occurred.”

A message of this type — which is displayed by your software application and not the TWAIN driver — indicates that the application did not receive the image.
