Separate /Simultaneous Outputs

TheRS-232 interface can support a modemplus either a local terminal or a localmonitor. Likewise, the SiteScan

portcan support either SiteScan or SNMP communications. Whatever interfacesyou use will all operate simulta-

neously.

F (no return) Freezesdata output. This stops the data scrolling on the monitor to allow closer
studyor a printout. This is a toggle switch command. Press the Fkey again to
resumedata scrolling.
G, return Resets(unfreezes and clears) the HistoryStatus Report memory buffer. This erases
thealarm messages and meter indications that were stored immediately before and
aftera significant system fault. NOTE: Do not reset the HistoryStatus Report
memorybuffer until operation and maintenance personnel have reviewed it as a
troubleshootingtool.
Q(no r eturn) Thedata output stops (quits). The UPS communication system remains on stand-
by,ready to receive the next communication command. NOTE: To return to the
beginningof the Event History or History Status Report, press Q, then requestyour
desiredreport again.
dmm/dd/yy, return Thisentry sets the date (month/day/year) in the UPS system clock. You must
includethe slash (/) as you key in the date. Notethat the dcommand must be lower
case.
thh:mm:ss, return This entry sets the time (hour:minute:second)in the UPS system clock. You must
includethe colon (:) as you key in the time. Note that the tcommand must be lower
case.
H, Return Promptsthe UPS system to hang up its modem (only applicable to the modem
communicationsport).
I, Return Display Battery Cycle Monitor informationfor 0-30 second discharge events.
J,Return DisplayBattery Cycle Monitor informationfor 31-90 second discharge events.
K, Return DisplayBattery Cycle Monitor information for91-240 second discharge events.
