4.5 Reporting a Problem
Ifa problem occurs within the UPS, review all alarm messages along with other pertinentdata. This information
shouldbe given via telephone to the LiebertField Service Regional Office nearest you.This information can also
beautomatically sent by telephone modem. Call 1-800-543-2378 or your nearest LGS office to report a problem
or to request assistance.

4.7 RecommendedTest Equipment
Alist of recommended test equipment and tools requiredto maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the UPS moduleis
given in Tab l e 5.Youm aysubstitute instruments of equivalent range and accuracy.All instruments should be
calibratedand be within the current calibration cycle.Calibration data for the instruments should be maintained
inhistoric files and the instruments labeledfor audit and verification.
