Status/AlarmMessage Areas
Thestatus/alarm message areas display vital information aboutthe operationof the UPS system. During normal
operationno alarm messages should be present. Changes in the statusof the system and possible alarm condi-
tionscan be monitored. Both the status and the alarm messages aredisplayed in reverse video (highlighted—
lighton dark). The alarm messages continue flashing until the Horn Off pad is pressed. To clear a latching
alarm,you must also press the Alarm R eset pad afterthe alarm condition is corrected.

tionand the corrective actions for these messages, refer to Tabl e 1 in this section.
