The negotiated settings subpage, shown in Table 5-100, is used to repo rt the
negotiated settings of a target for the current I_T nexu s.
Negotiated Settings Subpage (03h)
The Transfer Period Factor field indicat es the negotiated transfer period f actor (see
Section 5.11.2.8, "Negotiated Rate Information Page (C4h)" on page 31) for the
cu rre n t I_ T n exus.
The Req/Ack Offset field in dicates the negotiated REQ/ACK offset (see
Section 5.11.2.8, "Negotiated Rate Information Page (C4h)" on page 31) for the
cu rre n t I_ T n exus.
The Transfer Width Exponent field indicates the negotiated transf er width exponent
(see Section 5.11.2.8, "Negotiated Rate Information Page (C4h)" on page 31) for the
cu rre n t I_ T n exus.
The Protocol Options Bits field contain the negotiated protocol options (see
Section 5.11.2.8, "Negotiated Rate Information Page (C4h)" on page 31) for the
cu rre n t I_ T n exus.
The TR ANSC EIV ER MO D E field specifies th e current bus mode of the target as
defined in Table 5 -101.
The SENT PCOMP _EN bit contains the value of the PCOMP _EN bit (see
Sectio n 5.11. 2.8, "Negot iated Ra te Infor mation P age (C 4h)" on page 31) sent by the
ta rget fo r th e cu rrent I_T nexu s .
The R ECEI VED P CO M P_EN bit contains the value of th e PCO M P _EN bit (see
Section 5.11.2.8, "Negotiated Rate Information Page (C4h)" on page 31) received by
the target fo r th e cu rrent I_T nexu s .
