The Maxtor Atlas 10K III Product Manual is intended for reference by original
equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that are integrating the disk dr ive into a system or
subsyste m, developers, and disk drive installe rs. Its primary audience is the OEM
technic al staff t ha t makes di sk drive pur ch as e and c onfigurat ion decision s, and system
integrators that are responsible for the SCSI interface. This manual is not intended for
end-users and is not a users manual or an installa tion guide. The manual pr ovides
information about installation, interface command implementation, maintenance, and
gives the general specifications of the drive.
