SCSI Description

	If the PF bit is 0 and the SelfTest bit is 1, the drive runs its self-test routine. GOOD
	status is returned to the initiator if the self-test passes. CHECK CONDITION status
SelfTest	is returned along with any available sense data if the self-test fails.
	This field is ignored if the PF bit is 1.
DevOnl	Any value in this field is ignored by the drive.
UnitOfl	Any value in this field is ignored by the drive.
	When the Parameter List Length field is non-zero, the value specifies the length (in
Parameter List	bytes) of the parameter list that is to be transferred from the initiator to the drive
	during the command's data-out buffer transfer.
Length
(KGNF	This field is only valid when the PF&GUETKRVKQPbit = 1 and must be 0 when the PF bit is 0.
