				Sense Key Information Field Contents
			RECOVERED5GPUG￿-G[	The address of the first bad sector encountered during the format
	FORMAT%QOOCPFUNIT			operation. This sector, and(KGNFall other￿%QPVGPVUbad sectors found during a for-
			ERROR	mat operation, are automatically reallocated by the drive.
			ILLEGAL	The first illegal defect descriptor encountered in the Defect De-
			REQUEST	scriptor List.
			RECOVERED/	The address of the first bad sector found during the read (possible
				only when PER=1, DTE=0, and DCR=0.). For a RECOVERED ER-
	READ(6)(10)		MEDIUM
				ROR, the last Logical Block Address in the error is returned; for a
			ERROR
				MEDIUM ERROR the first Logical Block Address is returned.
			RECOVERED/	READ(6)(10) error recovery qualifiers apply. The information field
	READ LONG		MEDIUM
				echoes this command's Logical Block Address field.
			ERROR
			ILLEGAL	The transfer length residue (requested, minus correct length) if the
				transfer length is wrong.
			REQUEST
	REASSIGN		HARDWARE	The0QVGaddress￿￿+.+￿YKNN￿ofDGthe￿UGVfirst￿logical sector is not reassigned (the drive
	BLOCKS		ERROR	ran out of spare sectors).
			ILLEGAL	The first illegal defect descriptor encountered in the Defect De-
			REQUEST	scriptor List.
	SEEK(6)(10)		ILLEGAL	177The first invalid sector address detected by the command.
