Command/Data. When the value in this field is 1, the Field Pointer iden-

tifies the first byte in error in the Command Descriptor Block.

When 0, the Field Pointer identifies the first byte in error in the data pa-

rameters sent by the initiator in the data-out buffer transfer.

Bit Pointer Valid. The drive does not support Bit-level resolution; the bit

value must be 0.
