4 4.1 Components and Their Functions

14	Punch KIT PK-4 (optional)*	Allows the hole-punching function to be used if installed onto
		finisher FN-8
15	Memory M256-2	Increases the memory of the copier to 512 MB (256 MB
	(US, Canada: Standard,	standard memory + 256 MB expanded memory)
	Others: Optional)	By expanding the memory, the number of pages that can be
		stored in the memory can be increased. (Refer to Supplemental
		Table 1.)
		Referred to as the memory throughout the manual
16	Hard Disk Drive HDD-5	Allows more pages to be stored (Refer to Supplemental Table
