3The AP sends a broadcast Find WSS message to IP subnet broadcast address.

4WSS1 and WSS3 have high priority for the AP and reply immediately.

5The AP boots with a software image and configuration from WSS1 because it has fewer active AP connections than WSS3.

Example AP Boot over Layer 3 Network
