7Stop the Ethereal capture and view the monitored packets.

The source IP address of a monitored packet identifies the Distributed AP that copied the packet’s payload and sent it to the observer.

Capturing System Information for Technical Support

For problems you cannot solve yourself, use the show tech-supportcommand to generate a report of your WSS switch’s configuration and status, which you can show to NETS.
