DCH Address select switch for NTBK51AA daughter board for NT5D97AA/AB

In case of an onboard NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard, a set of four switches (S3) provide the daughterboard address. Refer to Table 50 "Trunk 1 switches" (page 137).

Note: Switch 8 of S3 (S3-8) does not require a switch setting to select between the onboard NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard and an external DCHI/MSDL. The NT5D97 detects when the onboard NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard is used.
