DCH mode and address select switches

A set of eight DIP switches selects between an onboard NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard and an external MSDL/DCHI card. In the case of an onboard NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard, four of the switches provide the daughterboard address. See Table 60 "DCH mode and address select switch settings" (page 147).
