Your fax machine provides a variety of useful reports. These help you understand the machine’s current settings, programming and operations.
The reports are:

Activity Report
What is it?
The activity report provides a record of your fax machine’s communications.
What information does it provide?
•The total amount of time spent sending faxes (“Calling”) and the total amount of time spent receiving faxes (“Called”).
•The date, time and duration (S,
•The name or telephone number of the fax machine you were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID). If you were sending a fax, the telephone number or the Location ID is printed. If you were receiving a fax, the remote fax machine’s Personal ID or its telephone number is printed.
