8Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

9Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

FEEDER TX.

Press the Yes ◀ key.

10Select a location. Refer to the following instructions.

•To select a One Touch key, press the One Touch key.

•To select an Auto Dial number, press the Auto Dial key, then enter the two-digit Auto Dial number on the numeric keypad.

•To select a number dialed on the numeric keypad, dial as you would on a normal telephone.

11Press the Start key. Your fax machine begins waiting for the time and date you have set before feeding the document and sending the fax.

Sending a Delayed Fax from Memory

1Load your documents.

2Press the Select Function key.

3Press the 1/Delayed TX One Touch key. The display shows

DELAYED TX [today’s date]

4If the transmission is to occur on the same day, skip to step 6. Otherwise, press the No ♣ key. The display shows

PRG. START DATE 0-9.

5Using the numeric keypad, enter the date you wish the transmission to begin. Your entry may be up to three days in advance.

6Press the Yes ◀ key. The display shows

PRG. START TIME 0-9.

7Using the numeric keypad, enter the time you wish the transmission to begin, in 24-hour format. Examples: 8:00 am is 08:00; 8:00 pm is 20:00.
