9.7 Distributing A Presentation

The final step in the presentation creation process is the binding of the media assets into a presentation and the publishing of the presentation to the project directory, a file server, and/or a streaming server. To merge and distribute the presentation, click Distribute (See Figure 9-65).

Once Accordent PresenterPRO has completed distributing the content, preview buttons will appear at the base of the Archive Wizard (See Figure 9-66).

The preview buttons enable the user to preview the CD and/or On Demand versions of the presentation that was just created and published. If it was not created, the preview button for that type of presentation will not appear.

After previewing the presentation or after skipping the preview option, click

Done.
