Virtual Disk

A SCSI disk device, presented by an SSP to one or more initiators, that maps to one or more physical disks. Also called virtual volume.

StoreAge-specific term for a virtual disk.

WWNN

World Wide Node Name, the globally unique identifier for a system containing Fibre Channel ports.

A WWNN is a 64-bit value, typically represented as a string of 16 hexadecimal digits.

WWPN

World Wide Port Name, the globally unique identifier for an individual Fibre Channel port.

A WWPN is a 64-bit value, typically represented as a string of 16 hexadecimal digits.
