Enable Port Command

Enables the specified Fibre Channel port number so that it can send and receive Fibre Channel traffic.

Syntax

enable port

 

[port number]

 

[*]

Keywords

enable port [port number]

 

An integer 1-8 for SANbox 8200-08 SSP/SANbox 8202-08 SSP or 1-16 for

 

SANbox 8202-16 SSP to indicate the Fibre Channel port.

 

enable port [*]

 

* indicates all Fibre Channel ports.

Enable snmpv3 Command

By default, the system runs Simple Network Management Protocol, version 2. Enabling SNMPv3 means that SNMPv3 is running instead of SNMPv2.

Syntax enable snmpv3

Enable User Command

Enables the user account that was previously disabled using the Disable User Command command.

Syntax enable user [user name]

Keywords enable user [user name]

Name of the user account that you are enabling.
