3.4Entering OSD Setup Menu

The OSD Main menu contains a list of items that are used to configure the DVR-4TN/DVR-8TN/DVR-16TNseries. To enter the Main menu, correct Administrator or User password is required.

Three sets passwords are offered for different Administrators and Users--if there is more than one.

To enter OSD Main menu, press MENU and then enter either Administrator or User password. The Password Verification screen will then display as follows.

NOTE: If entering wrong password for 3 times, the system will be locked out, and you will not be able to enter OSD menu within 2 minutes.

The default passwords are shown in the following table. The same passwords are used for entering the remote viewing software SpecoRemoteTM.

It is strongly recommended that you change the passwords to prevent unauthorized access to the unit.

After entering the correct password, the Main menu is displayed.
