01h	Memory check	DRAM type and size check (at Cold boot)
		If RAM size is "0", the program halts

		If the SM-RAM cannot be used as stack, the

02h	CMOS check and initialization	Permission of cache (L1/L2 cache)
		CMOS access test (at Cold boot only)
		If any error occurred, the program halts
		CMOS battery level check
		CMOS checksum check
		CMOS data initialization (1)
		IRT status setting (Setting of “Boot status” and “IRT
		busy flag” and “0” to the remaining bits)
		Storing of DRAM size
		In the case of CMOS error, no resume occurs.
03h	Resume branch check	If “resume status code” is not set, no resume
		occurs
