3.14 Expansion Test

To execute the expansion test, select 11 from the DIAGNOSTICS TEST MENU, press Enter and follow the directions on the screen. Move the highlight bar to the subtest you want to execute and press Enter.

NOTE: To execute this subtest, the PC card wraparound connector is required.

Subtest 01 PCMCIA wraparound

This test checks the following signal line of the PC card slot:

Address line

REG#, CE#1, CE#2 line

Data line

Speaker line

Wait line

BSY#, BVD1 line

This subtest is executed in the following order:
