3.23 Log Utilities

3.23.1 Function Description

This function logs error information generated while a test is in progress and stores the results in RAM. This function can store data on a floppy disk or output the data to a display or a printer.

If the power switch is turned off, the error information will be lost. The error information is displayed in the following order:

1.Error count (CNT)

2.Test name, Subtest number (TS-No)

3.Pass count (PASS)

4.Error status code (STS)

5.FDD/HDD or memory address (ADDR)

6.Write data (WD)

7.Read data (RD)

8.HDC status code (HSTS)

9.Error status name (ERROR STATUS NAME)

3.23.2 Operations

Selecting 5 and pressing Enter in the DIAGNOSTIC MENU logs error information into RAM or onto a floppy disk. The error information is displayed in the following format:
