“Connecting...”then the PServer has not been configured correctly. Check the configuration and make the necessary changes and amendments.

Possible errors could be:

- A password is configured on the server for this EPS, but may be

missing in the PrintServer.

-The Preferred Server, File Server or Print Server is not configured correctly.
