Removing the Print Driver software

Perform this procedure if you need to upgrade to a later software version of the Print Driver software.

Requirements:

All applications must be closed.

1.Open the System Preferences window, and double-click Print & Fax.

2.In the Print & Fax window, select the network printer that you want to remove.

3.Click delete (-), and then click OK.

4.Navigate to Library / Printers / Creo_Color_Server_Tools, and delete the Creo_Color_Server_Tools folder.

5.Navigate to Library / Receipts folder, and delete all of the CX*.pkg files.

The Print Driver software is removed. You can now upgrade the

Print Driver software.

Note: You will need to reinstall the network printers that you removed after you have upgraded the software.
