GL-22	GLOSSARY


zero code	A binary-coding scheme that ensures that a data stream contains at least a
suppression	minimum number of information bits to ensure receiver synchronization. While
(ZCS)	acceptable for voice transmission, ZCS may not be acceptable for data
	transmission. See also ones density.
