■ If you make an error while typing the name or number,
select Backspace and retype.
■ Special characters may be needed when programming a
Personal Directory code. For more on special characters,
see Appendix A.
■ Account codes (individually or followed by a phone
number), access codes, and outside phone numbers can
be entered and stored in the Personal Directory.
