System Speed Dial

Use System Speed Dial to dial 3-digit codes instead of an entire sequence for phone numbers programmed by your company. Ask your system manager for a list of the codes, and record them on the System Speed Dial card in the card tray under your phone.

For one-touch dialing, you can program buttons with System Speed Dial codes. You just press the button to dial the code.

Your company may have programmed the System Directory, so you can use your display to search for and dial the same phone numbers as assigned to System Speed Dial codes.

Ask your system manager.
