Group Pickup

A feature you use when you are part of a pickup group to answer other phones in the group. 5-56,5-57,5-58

Headset/Handset Mute

A feature you use to mute the microphone in your headset or handset so you can speak privately with someone in your office without your caller hearing you. 5-32

HFAI button

(Hands Free Answer on intercom.) A button you press to set up your phone so you can answer voice-announced calls without picking up the handset. 1-17

Hold button

A button you use to put a call on hold. 1-18
