3. Configure FRF.12 Fragmentation
Displays the End-to-End Fragmentation
Configuration submenu, which contains the
following commands.
1. Enable/Disable End-to-End FRF.12
Enables and disables End-to-End
FRF.12.
2. Set Fragmentation Size
Sets the maximum fragmentation size, a
value between 100-1,600 bytes.
Type the fragmentation size, and then
press ENTER.
The PARTNER ACS 1600 DSL module displays
a default or last-used value in parentheses to
the left of the command prompt. To accept this
value, press ENTER.
Select your choice.
3. Delete DLCI
Type the number of the port to delete, and then press ENTER.
4. Show Current DLCIs
Displays encapsulation information about the active DLCI
values on per port basis.
You must restart the PARTNER ACS 1600 DSL module for
any changes to take effect. For more information on
restarting the PARTNER ACS 1600 DSL module, see the
“PARTNER ACS 1600 DSL module basics” chapter.
3. Configure PVCS (ATM)
Displays the ATM PVC Config Menu, which contains the
following commands to set the current Permanent Virtual
Circuit (PVC) Virtual Port Identifier (VPI) and Virtual Circuit
Identifier (VCI) values by port:
1. Add New PVC
Type the VPI, the VCI, and then choose a command from the
ATM Encapsulation Configuration submenu.
1. AAL5 (None)
Displays the ATM Service Category Configuration
submenu, which contains the following commands to
set the service category:
1. CBR
2. UBR
Select your choice, and then follow the on-screen
messages to set the Peak Cell Rate (PCR) value.
