Percent Allocation Distribution

The Percent Allocation Distribution (PAD) method is designed to work with the Percent Allocation call selection method.

Note:

When using PAD as an agent selection method for a skill, it is recommended that you administer Percent Allocation as the call handling preference for all agents in the skill.

Predicted Wait Time

Predicted Wait Time (PWT) is not used with Percent Allocation because Percent Allocation does not consider time in queue in the selection process.
