To administer Call Selection Override at the system level:

If you administer this feature and later decide that you want to turn it off, enter n
in the Service Level Supervisor Call Selection Override? field on the

3.Go to page 9 of the
4.In the Service Level Supervisor Call Selection Override? field, choose one of the following actions:
●Enter y if you want to override the normal call selection method of a skill’s assigned agents when the skill exceeds its thresholds
●Enter n if you do not want to override the normal call selection method of a skill’s assigned agents when the skill exceeds it thresholds
5.Press Enter to save your changes.
