Avaya support for Business Advocate

Avaya offers a subscription service for Business Advocate customers that provides access to skilled consultants with expertise in understanding how Business Advocate helps to solve business problems and meet business objectives.

The subscription provides:

Proactive monitoring of certain performance metrics consistent with business objectives

Web-based information and tips

Multi-media contact support, available through voice and e-mail, for questions and consultation

Additional specialized services, such as simulation and performance analysis, can also be conducted.
