Zoom In. Increases the magnification, making the objects on the label look larger. Does not change the actual size of the printed label, but is used as a viewing aid. See Zooming in and zooming out on page 4-6 for details.

Zoom Out. Decreases the magnification, making the objects on the label look smaller. Does not change the actual size of the printed label, but is used as a viewing aid. See Zooming in and zooming out on page 4-6 for details.

Edit Object. Allows you to make changes to the text object. See Opening and editing an object on page 7-31 for details.

Color. Lets you choose color for the text. See Applying Color on page 8-1 for details.

Decrease type size. Makes type smaller by a percentage. The text remains in its original proportions, but displays and prints 10% smaller for each time you choose Decrease Size. This is useful when you don’t know the precise type size, but want to make the type size smaller.

Increase type size. Makes type larger by a percentage. The text remains in its original proportions, but displays and will print 10% larger for each time you choose Increase type size.

This is useful when you don’t know the precise type size, but you want to make the type larger.

Hint! Press <Shift> along with Decrease type size or Increase type size to change the type size in larger increments.
