1. CODEC usage leaves pin 3 open for simple GPIO.
2. CAN usage leaves pin 5 open for WakeUp GPIO.
3. CODEC plus additional GPIO from elsewhere can implement Soft Modem or RS-232 functionality.
4. AC97 usage is limited to PSC1 or PSC2.
5. MSCAN ports 1 and 2 can be configured here or on timer/I2C ports. They cannot be split.
(i.e., put CAN1 on PSC2 and CAN2 on the timer port).
