You can select a month for quarter selection.
You can select a Start From date; the system begins sending emails on that date (or the selected day of the quarter after that date).
Example: Select 12 AM, date 25, January, and Start From 08/17/2011. On the 25th of every quarter beginning on August 25, 2011, the recipients will receive an email at 12 AM. (Using January marks the quarters: January through March, April through June, and so forth.)

You can select a month to receive the yearly email.
You can select a Start From date; the system begins sending emails on that date (or the selected day of the year after that date).
Example: Select 12 AM, date 25, January, and Start From 08/17/2011. On the 25th of every January beginning on January 25, 2012, the recipients will receive an email at 12 AM.
