Run Diagnostic Tests
If the status information indicates an error, view the event log.
To view the event log:
1. On any Web Administration page, click Diagnostics.

2.Click View Log.
Note: See Chapter 6, “Troubleshooting,” for a list of error messages.
When an error message appears in the status information, you may need to run a diagnostic test.
To run a diagnostic test:
1.On any Web Administration page, click Diagnostics.
2.From the Test
3.Click submit.
