Initialization Requirements

When the INS_STAT bit is cleared, the card is ready for normal operation. When l_stat continues to be sampled low, that indicates that the ejector handle is closed (and the micro-switch is open), meaning the card remains fully inserted. The 21555 enters the Normal Operation state.
