APPENDIX C

REGISTERS

This appendix is a reference source of information for the 8XC251Sx special function registers (SFRs) and the register file. The SFR map in Table C-1 provides the address and reset value for each SFR. Tables C-2 through C-6 list the SFRs by functional category. Table C-7 lists the regis- ters that make up the register file.

The remainder of the appendix contains descriptions of the SFRs arranged in alphabetical order.

NOTE

Use the prefix “S:” with SFR addresses to distinguish them from other addresses.
