150 g de bacon cortado em cubos

1 cebolas médias/grandes picadas

1 dentes de alho esmagados

300 g de champignons, cortados às rodelas finas

4 peitos de frango sem osso

275 ml de vinho tinto

375 ml de caldo de galinha quente sal e pimenta

amido de milho (ou maizena) (opcional)

Coloque todos os ingredientes na panela de cozedura lenta. Cubra e cozinhe em lume Max (High) durante

4 horas ou em lume Min (Low) durante aproximadamente 6-7 horas.

Se desejar, engrosse os molhos com algum amido de milho misturado com água até formar uma pasta macia.

Retire a tampa e adicione a mistura à panela mexendo bem (se necessário remova os peitos de galinha e mantenha-os aquecidos enquanto mistura o amido de milho). Volte a colocar a tampa e cozinhe durante mais algum tempo até que o molho comece a formar bolhas e esteja ligeiramente espesso.

15 g de manteiga

15 ml (1 colher sopa) de óleo

4 peitos de frango

1 cebola finamente picada

150 ml de vinho branco seco

150 ml de caldo de galinha quente

4 raminhos de estragão

50 ml de natas sal e pimenta

1 colher sopa/15ml de amido de milho (aproximadamente)

Aqueça a manteiga e o óleo numa frigideira. Adicione a galinha em pedaços e aloure de todos os lados. Transfira a galinha para a panela. Frite a cebola e coloque-a depois na panela com vinho, caldo de galinha, dois ramos de estragão e tempere. Cubra com a tampa e cozinhe a temperatura alta durante cerca de 3 horas, ou baixa durante 6 horas. No final do tempo de cozedura, remova os pedaços de galinha e mantenha quente. Mistura a farinha de milho de maneira a formar uma pasta mole e adicione-a à cozedora lenta com as natas, mexa bem. Volte a colocar os pedaços de galinha na panela, recoloque a tampa e deixe cozinhar o tempo necessário para que a mistura engrosse. Para completar, pique o estragão restante e adicione à panela. Sirva imediatamente.
