1 cebollas medianas/grandes, picadas

1 dientes de ajo machacados

300 g de champiñones pequeños, cortados gruesos

4 pechugas de pollo deshuesadas 275ml de vino tinto

375ml de caldo de pollo caliente sal y pimienta

maizena (opcional)

Ponga todos los ingredientes en la olla de cocción lenta. Tape y cueza en la posición Alto (High) durante 4 horas o Bajo (Low) durante aproximadamente 6-7 horas.

Si lo desea, espese los jugos con un poco de maizena mezclada para formar una pasta suave con agua. Quite la tapa, añada la mezcla a la olla y remueva bien (en caso necesario, retire las pechugas de pollo y manténgalas calientes mientras añade la maizena). Vuelva a tapar y cueza durante más tiempo hasta que los jugos borboteen y se espesen ligeramente.

15 g de mantequilla

15 ml de aceite

4 pechugas de pollo

1 cebolla finamente picada

150 ml de vino blanco seco

150 ml de caldo de pollo caliente

4 ramitos de estragón

50 ml de nata para montar sal y pimienta

1 cucharada sopera/15ml de maizena (aproximadamente)

Caliente la mantequilla y el aceite en una sartén. Añada los trozos de pollo y dórelos por ambos lados. Pase el pollo a la olla. Fría la cebolla y póngala en la olla con el vino, el caldo, 2 ramitas de estragón y el condimento. Cubra con la tapa y cueza en la posición Alto (High) durante unas 3 horas o en la posición Bajo (Low) durante unas 6 horas aproximadamente. Al final del período de cocción, retire los trozos de pollo y manténgalos calientes. Mezcle la maizena con un poco de agua para formar una pasta suave y añádala a la olla de cocción lenta con la nata, remueva bien. Vuelva a poner los trozos de pollo en la olla, ponga la tapa otra vez y deje cocer durante más tiempo hasta que la mezcla espese. Al terminar, trocee finamente el estragón restante y añádalo a la olla. Sirva inmediatamente.
