Outputting a report/list

The various reports and lists of programmed settings can be printed using the functions available when the [Status] key is pressed.

Tip

Paper of the following sizes can be used to output the reports.

However, when printing on A5 C, B5 C, or Invoice (8-1/2 ⋅ 5-1/2) C paper, the report may be divided among several sheets of paper.

Metric: A5 C, B5 C, A4 L/C, B4 L, A3 L

Inch: Invoice (8-1/2 ⋅ 5-1/2) C, Letter L/C, Legal (8-1/2 ⋅ 14) L, Ledger (11 ⋅ 17) L

To output a report/list

1Press the [Status] key three times.

The “PRINT REPORT” appears.

2Press the [Yes] key.

A menu appears, showing the reports and lists that can be printed.

3Using the [▲] and [▼] keys, select

the report/list that you wish to print, and then press the [Yes] key.

After the specified report/list is printed, the main screen appears again.

The reception/transmission result reports can be checked on screen. For details on viewing the transmission result, refer to “To check the transmission result” on page 3-17.
