Chapter 11. CALIBRATION

■PV calibration

Scroll ↑ , ↓ , ← , or → keys to show (1.0.1.1.) on upper display, then press ENT

key.

●Gain No. select

Press PARA key until the PROG/SEG display shows (01-01). Connect calibration device (See Section “11-3 Set Up”).

Input the gain number (See Table 11-9 and Table 11-10) by scrolling ↑ , ↓ , ← , or → keys the upper display ( ENT key not required).

●PV zero, span

(1)PV zero adjustment

(a)Press PARA key until the PROG/SEG display shows (01-02).

(b)Adjust your calibration device to an output signal equal to the 0% range value (See Table 11-9), the signal need to be on the input for 10 to 15 seconds.

(c)Press ENT key after display stabilizes.

(2)PV span adjustment

(a)Press PARA key until the PROG/SEG display shows (01-03).

(b)Adjust your calibration device to an output signal equal to the 100% range value (See Table 11-9 and table 11-10).

(c)Press ENT key after display stabilizes.
