Using NetExtender
Checking Status, Routes, and DNS Settings
While NetExtender is connected, you can view status information, routes, and DNS settings on your smartphone.
Step 1 To open the NetExtender user interface, pull down the notification bar and tap NetExtender.
Step 2 To view status information, tap the Status tab. You can tap on the Sent, Received, or Throughput fields to change the units between bytes and packets.
If you are connected to a SonicWALL SRA appliance running 5.0 or higher, and you have an Active Directory account, the User field contains your display name, such as
“Sonia Eng”. If you are connected to an appliance running the 4.0 release or you do not have an Active Directory account, the User field displays the login name, such as “seng”.
