Scanning Using Template

Users can also use a template to operate scanning on this equipment. It enables users to register templates for scanning operations.

Once registering a template, users can operate the scanning operation quickly without setting the scanning conditions.

Before scanning using a template, users must register a template for scan operations. For instructions on how to register a template, see the following section.

The templates that the Scan to E-mail agent is set will be available after user authenticates the access rights for the Scan to E-mail operation. For instructions on how to operate scan using a template, see the following section.

Scan Procedure using a template

1 Place the original(s).

2 Press the [TEMAPLATE] button on the control panel to enter the template menu.
