•Never pop up on alerts

Choose this option if you do not want the Mini-window or icon to pop up when there is a printing condition to alert you.

When Have icon flash on alerts is selected, the icon will flash or blink during a visual alert. You may stop the blinking by clicking once on the icon or Mini-Window. The default is On.

◆Sound Alerts

You can enable or disable sound alerts, and to select a sound type. The voice options are Female voice, Male voice and Sound effects. You can press the Test button to hear the sound alert that is currently selected. The default is On with Female voice.

◆Restore Defaults

Click to restore all settings of the Alerts tab to their default value.
