1Power cord socket

Connect the power cord to this power socket.

2Power switch

7Top cover/Face-down output tray Open to access Laser Printer cartridge. Holds printed sheets after they exit the printer.

Turns the power on or off.

3Ventilation fan inlet

Inlet for the ventilation fan.

Make sure this inlet is not blocked.

4Release button

Push to open the top cover.

5Controller board

Controls printing behavior of the printer.

6Control panel

Controls and monitors printer operations.

8Front cover

Open to access the multi-sheet bypass feeder. (Secondary paper input.)

9250-sheet paper cassette Primary paper input.

10Laser Printer cartridge Contains toner and a print drum.

11Power cord

Supplies power to the printer.

12Printer cable

The printer cable connects the printer to the computer.
