5-8Precautions & Limitations

This section provides information on the of precautions and limitations when using the printer driver

￿When using Microsoft Excel 97

•If you have selected multiple copying and any of the following features: watermark, 2-sided printing, or Layout options, Already printing will be displayed only the first copy will be printed.

To print all copies, deselect Collate.

•If you have selected Entire workbook from Print what in the Print dialog, and have also chosen Watermark, 2-sided printing, or Layout Options, Already Printing will be displayed. In this case, you can only print the first workbook.

To print all copies, do not select Entire workbook, but specify workbooks one by one.

￿When using Lotus Word Pro97

•Collate is not enabled. To enable it, press Setup button from Print dialog. Collate is enabled once the driver screen is shown.

￿When using Microsoft Word 6.0

•If you have specified N-up, 2-sided, and first page only watermark during multiple copying, the printer will not be able to function properly.
