Chapter 16 Authentication Server
The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Table 111 SECURITY > AUTH SERVER > Local User Database
LABEL | DESCRIPTION |
Active | Select this check box to enable the user profile. |

User Name | Enter the user name of the user profile. |
|
|
Password | Enter a password up to 31 characters long for this user profile. |
|
|
Apply | Click Apply to save your changes back to the ZyWALL. |
|
|
Reset | Click Reset to begin configuring this screen afresh. |
|

16.3 RADIUS
Click SECURITY > AUTH SERVER > RADIUS to open the RADIUS screen. Configure this screen to use an external RADIUS server to authenticate users.

Server IP Address | Enter the IP address of the external authentication server in dotted decimal |
| notation. |

Port Number | The default port of the RADIUS server for authentication is 1812. |
| You need not change this value unless your network administrator instructs |
| you to do so with additional information. |
