From menu 4 shown above, simply choose the SUA Only option from the Network Address Translation field. This is the Many-to-One mapping discussed in Section 38.4 on page 605. The SUA Only read-only option from the Network Address Translation field in menus 4 and 11.3 is specifically pre-configured to handle this case.

In this case, you do exactly as above (use the convenient pre-configured SUA Only set) and also go to menu 15.2.1 to specify the Default Server behind the NAT as shown in the next figure.
